1. Age
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Age is self-certified at signup and verified through identity verification when you redeem. Accounts belonging to minors are closed, with Sparks purchases refunded to the payment source.
2. Location
The service is available in all fifty U.S. states and the District of Columbia. It is not offered where prohibited by applicable law or in countries subject to U.S. sanctions. We may use IP-based and payment-based location checks and may request proof of residence.
3. Verification
Identity verification (government ID + selfie via our verification provider) is required before your first shipment or code redemption and whenever review flags an account. Verification data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
