1. Nominative use
Card names and images on this site identify the actual, genuine trading cards we offer for sale — the same way any card shop displays its inventory. Pokémon and Pokémon character names are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK inc. Tyler Mailman (d/b/a PackLab) is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, or The Pokémon Company International. TCGplayer is a trademark of TCGplayer, Inc. (an eBay company); we source cards from its marketplace as a customer and are not affiliated with or endorsed by it.
2. Our marks and designs; depiction of genuine products
Our name, logo, site design, and interface are our own work. Where the service depicts the genuine products we sell — card faces, the standard card back, booster wrapper photography, and code-card photography — those images identify the actual physical goods a customer is purchasing and receiving, shown the way any retailer photographs its inventory. We claim no rights in that product appearance, and we do not use it on merchandise, packaging, or anything other than depicting the real goods sold.
